The following AngelList Relay Terms (these “AngelList Relay Terms”) modify and supplement our General Terms, the terms and conditions of which are hereby expressly incorporated by reference, and together with the General Terms, collectively governs your access and use of our AngelList Relay Services (as defined below). Capitalized terms used in these AngelList Relay Terms, but not defined herein have the meanings given to such terms in the General Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these AngelList Relay Terms and the General Terms, the applicable terms of these AngelList Relay Terms will control with respect to your use of the AngelList Relay Services (defined below).

About

AngelList provides a platform which offers various functionality, including, but not limited to, investment portfolio communication analyzing and management tools (the “AngelList Relay Services”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. AngelList is not responsible for any errors in or omissions from the parsed terms or summaries available through AngelList Relay Services. You should still review the documents and emails yourself and consult an attorney with any questions.
2. By forwarding emails to your Relay email address, you grant permission to access, read, and parse those messages and any attachments to those messages.
3. If you enable Relay email sync, you are granting Relay permission to read your inbox for relevant emails, parse those emails (including any attachments), and add those parsed summaries to your Relay dashboard.
4. You should save your own copies of all emails and documents you forward to Relay. AngelList is not responsible for any harm caused if you can no longer access your account or the associated Relay dashboard.
5. Your ability to use and access AngelList Relay Services may be limited or gated by certain rate limit caps, which may change without notice.
6. Nothing available through the AngelList Relay Services shall constitute legal advice, investment advice, or financial advice.
7. Company logos are powered by Clearbit API. All third-party company names and logos are property of their respective rights holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Payment

When you purchase any paid tier of the AngelList Relay Services, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms. AngelList may add new features for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing features, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you as provided in these AngelList Relay Terms. Your continued use of the applicable AngelList Relay Services after any price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

All fees, as well as any applicable taxes and transaction fees, are in U.S. Dollars. Display prices may not be inclusive of applicable taxes. You must provide a valid credit card at the time you purchase the AngelList Relay Services and you will promptly update us if there is any change to your payment information. Any recurring fees will automatically renew at the rates then in effect, are automatically charged to your credit card, and will continue until canceled in accordance with these AngelList Relay Terms. We use a third-party payment processor and you must agree to their terms when entering your payment information, if applicable. By providing your payment information, you agree that we may invoice you for all fees when they become due to us without additional notice or consent.

AngelList is not responsible for any charges or expenses you incur resulting from charges billed by AngelList in accordance with these AngelList Relay Terms. By providing a credit card number or other payment method with advance authorization features, you authorize AngelList to continue charging the payment method for all charges due to AngelList until your account is settled and your AngelList Relay Services are terminated in accordance with these AngelList Relay Terms.

All payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods in the event of a subscription.
