The following AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms (these “AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms”) modify and supplement our General Terms, the terms and conditions of which are hereby expressly incorporated by reference, and together with the General Terms, collectively governs your access and use of our AngelList Digital Subscriptions Service (as defined below). Capitalized terms used in these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms, but not defined herein have the meanings given to such terms in the General Terms or AngelList Digital Subscriptions Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), as applicable. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms and the General Terms, the applicable terms of these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms will control with respect to your use of the AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services (defined below). If you or your organization are bound by an AngelList Digital Subscriptions MSA, then these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms will apply to your use of the AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services to the extent such use is not already governed by the MSA.

“Know Your Customer” / Anti-Money Laundering Support

For customers that elect to pay for Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and/or Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) support through AngelList Digital Subscriptions, you consent to AngelList sharing your information with third-party service provider(s) engaged by AngelList for those purposes.

You remain ultimately responsible for any decision made based on the KYC/AML determination made by the third-party service provider(s). AngelList is not responsible for any KYC/AML determination or compliance with those determinations.

Payment

When you purchase the AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms. AngelList may add new features for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing features, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you as provided in these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms. Your continued use of the applicable AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services after any price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

All fees, as well as any applicable taxes and transaction fees, are in U.S. Dollars. You must provide a valid credit card at the time you purchase the AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services and you will promptly update us if there is any change to your payment information. Any recurring fees will automatically renew at the rates then in effect, are automatically charged to your credit card, and will continue until canceled in accordance with these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms. We use a third-party payment processor and you must agree to their terms when entering your payment information, if applicable. By providing your payment information, you agree that we may invoice you for all fees when they become due to us without additional notice or consent.

AngelList is not responsible for any charges or expenses you incur resulting from charges billed by AngelList in accordance with these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms. By providing a credit card number or other payment method with advance authorization features, you authorize AngelList to continue charging the payment method for all charges due to AngelList until your account is settled and your AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services are terminated in accordance with these AngelList Digital Subscriptions Terms.

All payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods in the event of a subscription. Following any cancellation, however, your use of the AngelList Digital Subscriptions Services will be valid until your paid period is complete, if applicable.
