The following AngelList Projector Terms (these “AngelList Projector Terms”) modify and supplement our General Terms, the terms and conditions of which are hereby expressly incorporated by reference, and together with the General Terms, collectively governs your access and use of our AngelList Projector Services (as defined below). Capitalized terms used in these AngelList Projector Terms, but not defined herein have the meanings given to such terms in the General Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these AngelList Projector Terms and the General Terms, the applicable terms of these AngelList Projector Terms will control with respect to your use of the AngelList Projector Services (defined below).

About

AngelList provides a platform which offers various functionality, including, but not limited to, portfolio construction, management, and modeling tools (the “AngelList Projector Services”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. All projected performance metrics are purely hypothetical and based on your provided fund strategy, various market assumptions (which you may provide), and AI-powered solutions (if available and selected). Past market performance and resulting market assumptions do not guarantee future outcomes, including the projected performance metrics of your fund.
2. AngelList market assumptions are based on AngelList platform data and supplemental third-party data. AngelList undertakes no obligation to update or maintain these market assumptions. Market assumptions may differ from third-party assumptions available elsewhere. These assumptions may not be representative of real outcomes.
3. Nothing available through the AngelList Projector Services shall constitute investment advice or financial advice.
4. Any projected performance metrics are not to be used as a marketing tool or otherwise shared or distributed with investors or potential investors.

Payment

When you purchase any paid tier of the AngelList Projector Services, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms. AngelList may add new features for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing features, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you as provided in these AngelList Projector Terms. Your continued use of the applicable AngelList Projector Services after any price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

All fees, as well as any applicable taxes and transaction fees, are in U.S. Dollars. Display prices may not be inclusive of applicable taxes. You must provide a valid credit card at the time you purchase the AngelList Projector Services and you will promptly update us if there is any change to your payment information. Any recurring fees will automatically renew at the rates then in effect, are automatically charged to your credit card, and will continue until canceled in accordance with these AngelList Projector Terms. We use a third-party payment processor and you must agree to their terms when entering your payment information, if applicable. By providing your payment information, you agree that we may invoice you for all fees when they become due to us without additional notice or consent.

AngelList is not responsible for any charges or expenses you incur resulting from charges billed by AngelList in accordance with these AngelList Projector Terms. By providing a credit card number or other payment method with advance authorization features, you authorize AngelList to continue charging the payment method for all charges due to AngelList until your account is settled and your AngelList Projector Services are terminated in accordance with these AngelList Projector Terms.

All payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods in the event of a subscription.
