Investing in startups has become a game of throwing darts. Folks are not being selective. Only the success stories are amplified. I plan to take a selective approach by doing a lot of due-digilence to invest only in the best startups. What defines a good startup? I believe it is the team, tech (or unique IP) and the problem being solved. With a good team and technology, startup that solve hard problems eventually succeed. I believe my experience @IBM, @amazon, @google and stock market investing makes me a shrewd investor. My goal is to reduce risk for myself and so to those who back this syndicate.
