This syndicate will have zero carry and zero management fees, and the sole purpose is to create a vehicle for verified YC founders to invest in other YC founders.

While alumni demo day is a great opportunity for YC founders to invest in each other at the seed stage, there is no easy way for us to invest in each others companies in post-seed rounds. As a former YC Founder (S10), I've wanted to make investments into series A and series B rounds of YC companies, but missed out because I wasn't aware of the fundraise until too late, or my check size wasn't large enough to qualify.

I have two asks:

1) If you are a YC founder from any batch, join this syndicate. There is no obligation to invest if you join, and for each deal presented to the group you'll be able to choose the amount you'd like to invest.

2) If you are a YC founder raising any round of financing post-seed, please create an allocation for our community, and let us invest collectively 😀
