x4 Capital Partners syndicate is a venture capital & growth equity special purpose investment vehicle. x4 Capital Partners was created by 4 seasoned executives in healthcare and technology, each with over 30 years of real-world operational, technical and financial experience and results.

x4 Access – The x4 Network comprises hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of individuals across the vast ecosystems of healthcare and technology organizations, large and small, and at all stages of growth and maturity from startups to multinationals. We are continually being sought after for access to our respective networks for advisory services, board positions, executive introductions, capitalizations, business development, mergers and acquisitions. The unique vantage points that we bring to companies we choose to affiliate with provides x4 with access to the type of deal flow more typically associated with professional venture capital and private equity firms.

x4 Expertise – The x4 OpEx Factor is a carefully curated mix of skill sets that collectively comprise the key functions required for business success. As builders, operators and managers who have each led and experienced multiple successful exits, we’ve spent decades of our careers in executive, financial, technical and operational roles across a gamut of private and public companies. We’ve held the positions that our boards, investors and employees have all relied upon for sound strategic direction and effective execution of business plans.

x4 Diligence – The x4 Diligence Process is a multi-step, multifaceted deep dive under the covers to discover core asset value and objectively evaluate the various businesses seeking our guidance and assistance. Unlike firms comprised largely of interns or financial analysts lacking real world experience in the C-suite, we’re able to quickly cut to the chase, assess the talent and integrity of founders and executive teams, and weed out interesting concepts from companies with the innovation, culture, assets and business models that have true potential for mass scalability and premium valuation.

x4 Results – The x4 Track Record began with our own experiences in companies that we’ve founded, run, capitalized, grown and exited over the past three decades. We have the same objectives and expectations as those who choose to invest alongside us and put their faith in our sourcing, selection criteria, diligence and oversight processes. We don’t win if our fellow investors don’t win, and none of us have the time or interest in deploying our hard-earned capital into situations that don’t meet our investment standards.
