I’m a founder, operator turned early stage investor. Most recently, I was the COO of Postmates where I helped scale to a ~$5b+ acquisition to Uber. Our key investors were Founders Fund, Tiger Global, Spark Capital and Blackrock. Prior to Postmates, I was the founder of Sosh (acquired by Postmates; key investors were Khosla Ventures, Sequoia Capital), an operator at slide (acquired by Alphabet), an operator at Climate Corporation (acquired by Monsanto) and a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Founders partner with me because I've been both an entrepreneur (Sosh) and an operator who helped scale a company to $Bs (Postmates). I understand the opportunities and challenges at both stages of the business and I've experienced them firsthand. I help founders with company building (goal setting, org design, bizops), introductions (customers, investors, talent), recruiting (interviewing execs, closing candidates), commercialization (sales strategy, sales ops) and as a sounding board for strategic decisions.
