VERSO Syndicate I has been launched in January 2020 to open up its off market dealflow and share it with a larger base of international Qualified Investors. At VERSO Syndicate, we care about what matters the most: education, food and sustainability. We invest in foodtech companies, edutech innovators and climate change challengers. We only select deals that attract our highest degree of conviction and that can generate the most profound impact.

The deals we will syndicate are mainly Seed and Series A companies with a true potential and the potential to disrupt a number of industries. Our team will also look into Growth financing. Later stage opportunities will not be part of the VERSO Syndicate.

We tend to focus on great teams demonstrating robust execution capabilities, massively scalable markets, and products that the world truly needs. We expect only the best in terms of financial projections and monitoring to back powerful valuation while reducing risk.

Our dealflow will remain focused with up to 30 opportunities to be reviewed and analyzed in depth out of over 200 leads we receive each year. In our experience, we retain between 1 and 3 opportunities only after a thorough screening process. VERSO Syndicate has excellent access to amazing startups around the world including in San Francisco.
