The VG Syndicate has been created to offer exclusive access to Pre-Seed to Series A opportunities in the Enterprise Tech and Branded Consumer industries through vehicles managed by the Veiled Growth investment team. This syndicate prioritizes access for main fund investors in our network, which includes HNWI, family offices, corporate partners and institutional investors. We are targeting opportunities across all sub-niches within our target industries but will be unified by what we believe makes those investments great: large, addressable market, compelling customer need and economics, great founding team, compelling moat dynamics and favorable deal dynamics.

The syndicate will see the select opportunities that fit the mandate but are in the earlier section. There may be limited allocations as the main funds' mandates may have seeding allocations to be filled.
