Feld Ventures Syndicate:

Model: Feld Ventures operates a hybrid fund and syndicate model, allowing LPs to participate in SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) alongside the core fund. This structure provides flexibility to back high-conviction deals outside the fund’s allocations.
Key Highlights:
- Fund: Directly invests in early-stage companies (Pre-seed and Seed).
- Syndicate: Offers LPs the opportunity to co-invest in later-stage rounds (Series A and beyond) through SPVs.
- Track Record: $25M+ deployed across 40+ venture rounds.
- Portfolio: Includes early investments in companies like Vectara, Firestorm Labs, Anduril, SpaceX, and OpenAI.
Advantages:
- LPs can diversify exposure by participating in both fund deals and syndicate opportunities.
- High-conviction deals allow for greater capital deployment while maintaining a disciplined approach to early-stage investments
