Red Harbor invests in early-stage companies building the next generation of AI-native software, fintech infrastructure, health tech, frontier medicine and AI-enabled medical treatments, workflow automation, vertical SaaS, ad tech, space and interstellar technology, and operational intelligence platforms. We focus on businesses solving large, painful problems in industries that still rely on spreadsheets, email, disconnected systems, manual reporting, and outdated workflows.

Our core belief is that many real-world industries remain massively underserved by modern software, creating an opportunity for category-defining companies to emerge. We're particularly interested in AI operating systems, agentic workflows, compliance automation, financial infrastructure, property technology, enterprise software, and tools that make businesses faster, more intelligent, and more efficient. In health tech and frontier medicine, that means companies applying AI to diagnostics, drug discovery, clinical workflows, and treatment development. In ad tech, we're drawn to companies rebuilding advertising infrastructure for an AI-native, post-cookie world — targeting, measurement, and creative generation reimagined from first principles. And in space technology, we back companies building the infrastructure layer for the next era of space commercialization: launch, satellite systems, in-space manufacturing, and the deep-tech bets on interstellar-scale ambitions.

We also invest in the picks-and-shovels layer of the AI revolution: the infrastructure and physical-world providers this buildout depends on, including chipmakers, cooling system manufacturers, utilities, electricians, plumbers, and the broader cottage industries positioned to benefit as AI demand reshapes their markets.

Our approach combines founder conviction, market timing, and long-term structural trends. We look for ambitious founders tackling large markets with products that can become the operating layer for an industry. Red Harbor aims to back companies before the broader market recognizes their potential — because once everyone agrees a company is interesting, the valuation is usually already inflated into the stratosphere by twenty-seven VCs pretending they discovered it first.
