Noxo Capital is an angel syndicate with a focus on emerging technologies such as Synthetic Biology, Quantum Computing, and Artificial Intelligence. Our syndicate have previously invested alongside firms such as A16z, SV Angel, Soma Capital and General Catalyst. We look for startups with bold visions and the know-how, to drastically improve some important aspect of our society. We like startups with strong traction, ability to iterate fast, and founders with a clear strategic mindset.

We particularly look for startups creating powerful platforms, who are led by intellectually curious founders with bold visions. Our ideal investments involves companies with attractive valuations, a clear go-to-market strategy and a large total addressable market. Our aim is to always seek out great risk-reward opportunities.

One of our primary interests lies in AI safety, an area that we believe is considerably underfunded. With the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, it is crucial that sufficient resources are devoted to ensuring AI's safe and beneficial use. As such, we want to support ventures that prioritize AI safety and promote responsible innovation in this field.

Our lead investor, Adam, has a decade of strong performance in the public markets, consistently delivering a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) well surpassing major indices like the NASDAQ and S&P 500. Adam's approach is informed by an understanding of market psychology, genuine interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to reasonable valuations. A few of his private angel investments include Figure AI (Series A), Lightmatter (Series C) and Anthropic (Series C).
