Description:

Welcome to Gravity Assist Fund, an exclusive investment vehicle dedicated to accelerating groundbreaking startups in AI, SaaS, Infrastructure, and FinTech.

Our Mission:

At Gravity Assist, we passionately seek out early-stage companies with the vision, execution capabilities, and distinctive “X-factor” to reach Unicorn potential. We focus specifically on Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A startups, investing in visionary founders whose proven track record and team chemistry demonstrate exceptional promise.

Selective, Strategic, and Patient:

Our investment philosophy emphasizes quality over quantity. Over the past three years, we’ve carefully selected and executed just three exceptional deals, reflecting our meticulous, unhurried approach. We invest only when opportunities clearly align with our high standards.

Proven Performance:

While past performance doesn’t guarantee future results, our Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) showcases strong early returns: a 5.67x RVPI, an 80.3% net IRR, and a 5.78x MOIC—evidence of our commitment to strategic value creation.

Investor Empowerment:

We offer flexibility and transparency, enabling investors to opt in or out of individual deals according to their preference. You maintain control over your investment journey, always informed and empowered to conduct your due diligence and consult with professionals.

Join us in navigating the exhilarating landscape of tech innovation. Your participation reflects your belief in bold visions and strategic execution, always mindful of the balance between potential rewards and inherent risks.
