We believe startups are hypotheses about the world.

We back founders who are relentless enough to fully test their hypotheses yet humble enough to pivot when they are wrong.

We back early stage businesses—pre-seed to series A—when there is evidence of product-market fit.

We will lead.

We have consistent high-quality proprietary deal flow owing to our deep network of investors, serial entrepreneurs, professionals, and super connectors who trust us (and frankly like us).

We're striving to work on important things with people we really like working with.

We're industry agnostic, though this naturally skews toward technology.

We invest in industries and business models we can get our heads around.

We aim to back founders who are experts in their field.

We back founders who have identified a growth hack—or wedge—and who only see growth as meaningful if paired with an enduring competitive advantage.

We back founders with an uncanny ability to recruit top talent.

We back founders who think about distribution from day 1.

We back founders who are forces of nature.
