Who am I?

• Theodore has 15 years’ experience as an M&A banker, operator, entrepreneur and angel investor in Technology and Energy & Resources
• 4 career exits (3 acquisitions, 1 IPO) totaling $2.8bn – as operator of 2 PE-backed firms; co-founder of a maritime startup; and UK Head of a delivery startup
• Most recently built the EMEA PE/VC vertical of Acuity, the leading investment team support firm (3,000 FTEs, incl. 200 data scientists/developers)
• Previously, he was heading Corporate Strategy of a series-B Clean Mobility startup ($150M valuation)
• Corporate Finance graduate from E.S.C.E. in Paris, France
