Note from Supernode Ventures Syndicates

Some background on us: we are two highly driven female founder/investors. After spending many years as a business journalist, my career in technology began as a digital entrepreneur and internet pioneer when I founded mediabistro.com, the “LinkedIn for the media industry,” in which I returned my investors’ capital 14x upon exit. I then began investing in tech startups and advising entrepreneurs as an angel back in 2012. My partner, Jenny, has been on both sides of the table as an operator and an investor having worked at Goldman Sachs, Minibar Delivery, and ENIAC Ventures.

We launched Supernode Fund I in late 2017 with LPs such as Eric Schmidt, Bill Ackman, Nihal Mehta and Chris Sacca. We now have roughly 40+ portfolio companies, many of which have been marked up by tier one investors in subsequent funding rounds, and one of which is scheduled for an IPO in late 2021.

Check out www.supernode.vc for the full portfolio. Sectors we've invested in include: Digital Health, FinTech, Logistics, eCommerce, Psychedelics and Lab-grown meat.

Jenny Friedman is a deal machine. She lives, breathes and eats deals. I am the media powerhouse. Between the two of us, there is no company we cannot worm our way into. Ok, I am only half kidding. We work like a dynamic duo to access all the best founders/companies on the East Coast and beyond.

We will syndicate all our deals that have upwards of $100k open and where we cannot use our pro rata.
