Simplexity Venture Studio Fund is a seed-stage technology fund with an exclusive geographical investment focus on the San Diego technology ecosystem. We see ourselves as fractional co-founders and get very deeply involved with our portfolio from the start.

Simplexity Venture Studio Fund is a seed-stage technology fund, which means we invest in very early stage companies that are raising their first round of funding. We will use AngelList to syndicate our pro-rata allocations in our underlying portfolio companies that raise subsequent rounds alongside top-tier venture capital firms and angel investors.

Simplexity Venture Studio's main fund is backed by well known and respected individual investors and family offices from around the globe, and who also choose to often co-invest with us.

We use AngelList transparently and responsibly, and we assign all of the carry earned back to our core fund and LPs as we don't take carry personally as GPs in order to avoid conflicts of interest and misalignment with our main fund.

The Fund will only syndicate investments in its main Fund. Our current companies operate in markets such as; Real Estate technology, eSports, HealthIT, Enterprise SaaS and Financial Technology.
