My syndicate will be focused on digital health investments in a specific "sweet spot." I am seeking out high potential companies that are the pathway to $1M in ARR, but have not yet reached that milestone. I will only invest in companies that I know I am disproportionally able to help on their growth path, based upon my expertise, experience, and relationships. I am seeking founding teams that have strong domain expertise, are coachable, and have a track record of execution. I am focusing on digital health investments that are sub-$1M in ARR in order to get preferential terms, including lower valuations/caps and pro-rata. Investors who invest in the first stage will have the opportunity to participate in later rounds as the company grows.
I plan to syndicate all of my deals. If the deal is over-subscribed on the syndicate I will decide participation based upon:
1) Was the backer a Charter Member
2) Value added from Investor
