My first angel investment was in 2014 and I have done 98 deals as of September 2025 (48 AL deals and the remaining have been direct). To date, 8 have returned cash with 6 of those breakeven or more and only 10 have gone to zero... 80 active with a couple already into unicorn status that were sub $10m seed rounds. My day job is representing tenants in the commercial real estate world where I focus on representing technology companies and have since 2000.
