Looking for companies where product-market-team-timing fit is strong. Interested in signals of:

• early traction
• early understanding of CAC, payback period, and LTV; paid acquisition OK if "tip of the spear" strategy
• strong defensibility of business via "moat"
• "offensive" and "defensive" tactical thinking; offensive "new oil well discovery" attitude while defensive "keep the lights on"

I'm also interested in companies that are extremely agile with product release iteration.

Any company I syndicate is a company that I will be working closely with the founding team. Further, I aim to syndicate deals on any companies I am also investing in personally. Of course, I deeply diligence syndicated companies.
