We’re Gagan Palrecha and Neel Palrecha, long-time operators and founders who have decades of experience building and scaling technology companies from early to growth stages. We invest in early-stage technology companies with strong conviction and deep domain knowledge and expertise. Both of us have held executive roles at a number of well-known unicorns including Dapper Labs, Headspace, Beats Music, Snapdocs, and Getaround. We are YC alumni from 2010 and remain active in the YC community. Neel is most recently CTO at PlayVS and Gagan is most recently VP Operations at Dapper Labs & NBA Top Shot.

Our investment interests include blockchain, crypto, NFT, DeFi, fintech, health and wellness, gaming, marketplaces, developer productivity, and literal moonshots in aerospace. Though generally, we are sector agnostic. We prioritize companies that are led by founders with deep conviction & deep knowledge, building in industries that are ripe for disruption or category creation, and generally always looking to invest in building the future alongside the founders that have the conviction to get there. Our expansive network of founders and investors adds to our deep pipeline of deal flow.

Founders want us on their cap table given our deep expertise in building products at scale, as well as our operating experience to help and guide them in all areas of their businesses. Gagan has experience leading large and complex operations and Neel has experience leading growing product, engineering, and data teams. Our collective experience helps us deeply understand the needs of the current markets, and helps us see the future so we can get there before others.

We invest in 10-25 companies per year, mostly at the seed and series A stage.
