My syndicate will be focused on partnering with extraordinary entrepreneurs who are building revolutionary technologies and brands within the food, agriculture, and health & wellness industries. I firmly believe that we can build new companies to improve the food system and enable consumers to make healthier decisions, while still enjoying outsized returns. I am currently the President of Valley Oak Investments and have built extensive networks within the entrepreneurial and venture capital ecosystems that provide me with unique opportunities to invest in amazing early-stage companies. The goal of the syndicate is to maximize value by leveraging my investment into a larger ownership percentage of a company in order to take a more active and hands-on approach. This will include taking board and board observer positions when possible.

I will syndicate every venture deal as long as the founders approve.
