Hello, I am Hershel Mehta and I have been investing in private companies over the past 3 years through my family fund - Mehta Ventures.

I personally have lead 30 early investments and my family has invested in over 100 startups in the US and India. We have achieved over 100% IRR with two unicorn seed investments and 15 exits. I have proprietary access to quality US and Indian dealflow and am ready to share it with a strong investor base. Our family is the owner of the largest IT Media company in India and use our unique access to Sub-continent to secure allocations in competitive deals.

I aim to co-invest with strong early stage seed investors such as Khosla, KPB, Sequoia, JAFCO, Hustle Fund, EQT, and Uncork

Dealflow

I intend to only syndicate deals with strong lead VC's. I want to be able to maximize my LP's base to private deals that I secure. We do not believe in sharing deals that we have not invested at least $20K into.
