MassLight provides build-for-equity services, investing capital and engineering teams in early stage companies that lack technical capacity. We build, launch and scale products for our portfolio companies' founders. We take pro-rata rights in our portfolio companies. As part of our capital allocation and partnership strategy, we offer our pro-rata shares to select external investors when our portfolio companies raise subsequent rounds.

This syndicate is a complement to MassLight's "build for equity" service. It allows us to offer partners the opportunity to invest in follow-on pro-rata allocations after we provided software engineering services and seed capital to startups in exchange for equity.
