Mark Two Ventures (MKII) is a Nashville-based venture studio that launches and builds startups in collaboration with external founders who have deep domain/industry expertise. We partner with founders who bring unique expertise to solving an important market problem. MKII provides our portfolio companies with an experienced team of startup builders to complement their domain expertise.

The MKII partners include several dozen successful startup founders, executives, and product developers with significant experience building and scaling startups. We leverage our extensive network and proven "playbooks" to help our startups quickly build new products and bring those products to market.

The MKII team is made up of a group of partners who are all successful startup founders, executives, and product developers. Collectively, we are very well-connected across the Southeastern startup ecosystem. As a result, we are often introduced to new or prospective founders from the region seeking our help to launch a new company. Our team is highly selective on the opportunities we pursue and focus on startups where our unique experience and networks can dramatically increase the company's prospects while reducing product development risk. This results in unique deal flow for seed-stage investment opportunities, which we syndicate to our network of investors.
