I am a seasoned investor, coach and entrepreneur with 20+ years' experience at companies including Softbank Capital, SONY BMG Music, Hasso Plattner Ventures (fund of founder of SAP) and Investec Bank. I also built a social messaging business that scaled to 12M+ MAUs and profitability (without VC funding).

I left Investec Bank in 2019, where I led their VC platform, to focus on my life's mission to coach, advise and invest in entrepreneurs.

A personal passion is to help people reach their potential, and I have coached for over 15 years, from startups to Harvard Business School, Red Bull and Endeavor. I often spend considerable time with founders as a coach and strategic thought partner.

VCs are far too often removed from a founder's personal reality. I don't know any founders that are "killing it" all the time, and never expect this. I meet founders where they are, always with the utmost of humility and respect, but will also challenge founders to stretch themselves. The great entrepreneurs grow themselves faster than their companies.
