I invest in U.S. and Israeli based companies with a strong preference for firms that have created proprietary developments in the tech sector. I identify potential investment opportunities by targeting firms that are looking for pre-seed, seed, and series A growth-capital mostly within big data analytics.

My investment thesis is to provide companies with not just capital, but also time and expertise. My selection process focuses on micro-analyzing the financial growth prospects and unit economics as well as the character of its founders. I choose to syndicate deals in a very simple manor; the most important being founder fit. I believe the right founder will find a way to create success in almost any environment. My ideal investment target is one in which the founders have a solid grasp of their industry, express a deep passion for what they do, and are willing to form strategic alliances with their investors for our mutual benefit.

In furtherance of my thesis, I have created an organization of specialized co-investors/advisors from a variety of corporate services fields. Through this organization, we facilitate growth for our portfolio companies by offering our strategic partners the wealth of our varied perspectives and experiences.
