Jordan Wan, CFA is a solo-capitalist GP with 15+ years of startup experience and the Founder/CEO of CloserIQ, the industry leader in tech sales recruiting which has served 600+ startups and many of the recent IPO companies. In working with founders and VCs, Jordan saw a gap in early stage sales expertise. As a MIT engineer turned sales leader, Jordan has unique investor expertise and can leverage his operating company to access elite deal flow and provide a tangible value-add service to founders after investment. CoFound's concept fund was launched in late 2019 and has made 22 preseed and seed stage investments with a current 2.7x MOIC with follow on co-investors including a16z, Sequoia, USV, Founders Fund, and Tiger Global. Breakout companies include Charthop, Garner Health, NCX, Grow Therapy, Tilled, Almanac, and SiteRX. CoFound is currently investing out of Fund I, a new $15M fund launched in Q3-2021. Our investment focus is early stage (pre-seed/seed) US technical founders building SaaS, healthcare, and deep tech companies.
