The Intbox Ventures investment focus is on emerging technology and innovation startups that support American and global prosperity and security. Our investments are largely targeted against Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data, Drone, Aerospace, BioTech, Mobility, and Energy Innovation verticals, although we periodically invest in other verticals that align with the overriding thesis of contributing to or enhancing global prosperity and security. We invest in dual-use technologies with Defense, NatSec and Global Resiliency applications in mind. Intbox Ventures is led by Jonathan Rice, and leverages his experiences built during a 33-year career in government dealing with National Security issues and applying innovative solutions to the most complex problems.
Dealflow
Intbox Ventures investments are sourced from our Syndicate Lead's network of advisors and startups and will operate on a shared closing structure; with closing cost reductions incurred at time of closing for some investments (when indicated), and 20% carry at time of exit. Admin fees and carry may be foregone for Syndicate Lead investments; and any Syndicate investments at different terms than in the general offering will be disclosed in the offering. In some special or exceptional cases, with Intbox Ventures leadership agreement, clients may have fees and/or carry reduced to lower levels.
