MWest Ventures Syndicate offers co-investment opportunities in early-stage tech companies focused on AI, media tech, IoT and blockchain. The MWest Venture fund will open co-invest opportunities to at Pre-seed, Seed, Series A and follow on rounds when we can secure an allocation for the syndicate. Whereas the Venture Fund has a minimum investment of $1 million, the syndicate will offer lower per investment minimums ranging from $2,500 to $50,000. MWest Ventures is led by Jason Wells and Derek Peachey, seasoned operators in the AI, Media Tech, and IoT industries in start-ups and global corporations such as Sony Pictures, Nokia, Sprint Wireless and Telstra. With MBA's from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and TCU, MWest leaders have been active operators and investors for a combined 45 years.
