Foundational works predominantly with US-based technology startups raising $1-$10M Seed and Series A rounds (sometimes as low as $500k and as large as $25M). We advise them on who their best-fit investors are and how to conduct a fundraising strategy to meet as many of them as possible. This gives us a unique position to gain allocations in rounds led by top-tier funds -- opportunities not commonly available to angel investors.

The typical allocation may be $50-250k and our participation would be alongside other investors in rounds greater than $500k.

The Foundational team meets hundreds of seed and pre-seed startups per year in our role as helping them plan and implement their Seed and Series A stage capital raises. Our unique position allows us to gain allocations in rounds that are not typically available to individual investors. Our deals will be syndicated with other investors, preferably in equity rounds led by institutional venture capital funds.
