- Restaurant Tech — re-tool existing restaurants and enable new models to emerge
- MarTech — explore new and re-imagine existing communication channels
- PropTech — attack inefficiencies throughout the entire real estate ecosystem
- FinTech — challenge how/where these services are consumed and utilized
- Seek investments where we can accelerate roadmap, fundraising and go-to market
- Align with founders to better navigate formative years and land first institutional rounds

WHY INVEST WITH ME?
- I have great deal flow, particularly in Austin and Central Texas
- I love working with founders to help them hit the next milestone (happy to share references)
- I only get involved with deals where I can personally punch above my weight class
- You want to offload top of funnel activities and focus only on qualified deals
- You enjoy vetting deals and working with portfolio companies as I plan to share carry with folks who put in the time above and beyond $$
Dealflow
I plan to syndicate every tech I work on as long there $200K+ interest in a given deal from the syndicate (including my contribution). Costs don't make sense to SPV the deal below that threshold, but would encourage folks to invest directly if we don't SPV the deal.
