• Companies with 100x+ outcome potential. We target businesses that, by solving large problems or redefining markets, can produce outsized returns. We look for the structural characteristics that enable extreme multiples, not short-term fashions.
• Big ideas, transformative visions. Given the accelerating pace of technological adoption and market change, the highest rewards are with teams pursuing ambitious, category-creating opportunities. Once they find product-market fit, these companies scale rapidly.
• Team–market fit. Timing helps, and deep market insight wins. We back teams who intimately understand the problem space and the technology, because those teams find product-market fit faster and defend their position more effectively.
• Founder traits that matter. At the earliest stages, before PMF, speed of iteration, resilience, learning velocity, and founder discipline are the strongest predictors of outcome. We prioritize evidence of grit and clear operating instincts.
• High-impact missions. We favor startups that target real-world challenges, access to education, healthcare, sustainability and climate, etc, because meaningful impact and durable returns often go hand in hand.
