As executive coaches and thought partners to founders and leadership teams, we have unique insight into the client companies in which we invest, as well as the ability to support them to scale without losing their soul.

We create SPVs for each of those opportunities and welcome you to invest with us. Our portfolio includes: Slack, Radiology Partners, Density, Relativity Space, Cleo, Verse, and Seed.

We also benefit as investors from close relationships with about 30 VCs who frequently introduce portfolio companies to us for leadership, team and organizational support, including Upfront, Kleiner Perkins, Freestyle, Mayfield, and First Round.

We believe we will prove a superior model for not only investment returns but of supporting companies that are of maximal service to all of their stakeholders--what we call Evolutionary Businesses--to be a force for good in our world.

Our deals come from companies that are clients and see us as a strategic investor. These are typically Series A, B, C, or later.

Nearly all of our clients/investments are referrals from other clients or VCs. We will sometimes invest simultaneously with beginning coaching with the company.
