Forest Road Capital Partners (“FRCP” or the “Fund”) predominantly invests in earlier stage businesses. FRCP looks for entrepreneurial built businesses that provide a premiere service to their customers, have a strong management team, some barriers to entry and possess a vision for growth. The Fund targets businesses that are in less cyclical segments, where our core competencies and deep relationships can help drive the business towards its greatest potential.

We will syndicate deals on a case by case basis where the target is open to this structure.
