DxAngels is an angel syndicate of Doximity alumni, doctors, and health tech leaders that invests in early stage digital health startups.

Syndicate Terms

• Do not share or discuss deal materials with anyone outside of the syndicate.
• Do not contact founders or employees of the companies we’ve invited you to invest in.
• We will invest in every deal we send you. We will invest on the same terms as syndicate members and disclose the amount.
• Whenever we syndicate a deal for a company that we’ve previously invested in, we will disclose this to you.
• We may make startup investments outside of this syndicate. We aren’t able to syndicate every deal that we’re invited to.

Deal Terms

• Minimum investment: $10,000
• Allocation is first come first serve.
• Information rights: Updates as available from the company.

Fees

• Management fees: None
• SPV fees: AngelList charges $10,000 to create and manage an SPV. This fee is split pro rata with all SPV investors and is capped at 10% of your investment. For example, if you invested $10k in an SPV that raised $200k total, AngelList would deduct a $500 SPV fee from your investment.
• Carry: 20%

Please make sure to consider conflicts of interest between your Doximity work agreement and each startup you’d like to invest in.

SEC Disclosures

DxAngels SPVs may reduce or waive carry fees for syndicate leads as well as investors who assist in the deal. We may also offer some investors the opportunity to make a co-investment outside of the SPV.
