I am medical doctor turned serial entrepreneur. I am the founder and owner of a multi-million dollar healthcare firm in the UK, one of the largest in the private healthcare sector. I have an eye for investment and one of the recent tech companies I've invested in and mentored has just been accepted by Y - Combinator and is set to be one of the biggest healthcare Apps to come out of the UK in our time. Prior to any investment I like to visit the company headquarters to get to know the founders well enough to warrant an investment (if in the seed stage of course). I regularly visit accelerator programmes in the UK as well as incubators in Sanfransisco in a bid to offer investments to companies I believe have great potential. The deals I choose to syndicate will be ones in the seed stage or round A of their investment journey. I will be leading investments in areas of health / biotech / any firm whom I believe utilise a strong element of artificial intelligence within their technology. I'll also be looking at companies with strong financials, or ones with the potential for exit based on their concepts and current user base.
