DEVCAP is a special operations corporate finance unit investing in pre-IPO opportunities in the USA. In 2015 we have taken two deals to public listing, Mt Tam Biotechnologies (MNTM) and Diego Pellicer (DPWW). Our team has been involved in taking over 40 companies public from NYSE to NASDAQ and virrtually all other exchanges. Our investors are typically invested in a private round prior to the listing at a valuation that we believe will be significantly disounted to the public company valuation upon listing. We are a highly specialized team of Wall Street professionals that have been involved in taking companies public for over 20 years. Our objective with our syndicated investments is to only offer those companies that 1) we are invested in and 2) we believe will be publicly listed within 1-2 years maximum.

We will only syndicate deals that we believe will be public within 1-2 years. From time to time we make private investments, but these may not reach a liquidity event for a much longer period of time. We want our syndicate investors to realize liquidity no longer than 2 years from date of investment.
