We invest early in teams with the potential for global reach.

We are a mixed up bunch from very different cultural and wealth backgrounds as can be seen from our photographs:) But we have a common view that talent was evenly distributed but access to opportunity was not.

For over 20 years we have been creating interesting tech companies and 8 years ago we started investing in "interesting" founders. Thus we backed Techstars ( London) and Entrepreneurs First from the very beginning ( with a total of over 300 investments ) and also over 60 other startups at early stage.

Over the past few years we have invested in less companies but more impact related companies. This is now the formula we are following as we believe the companies who create impact will also create the greatest financial returns.
