We are active contributors to the entire process of finding, acquiring, transitioning, and growing a business. The syndicate invests at the acquisition stage, providing the investment capital necessary to ensure the venture can start out profitable from the day the deal closes.

We've built a strong reputation in the small business and search fund communities as an investor, advisor, and owner-operator. We've spent the last several years building an own-operate portfolio and have reinvested surplus cash flow into an LP portfolio of businesses led by entrepreneurs running the same acquire, modernize, grow playbook. We have far more high quality deal flow than we could possibly fund alone.
