Companyon sources through a variety of different avenues:

Deal Feeder Network: We have built a substantial network of relationships consisting of seed fund managers, angel investment groups, angel investors, and Series A / B funds to a “deal feeder system” to identify which portfolio companies are in search of post-seed financing for seed stage businesses. This is a primary deal flow channel.
Exclusive Content Marketing: We have written and published extensive content marketing to build our brand within the B2B SaaS startup ecosystem including publications on post-seed / pre-A investing, how to run sidecar SPVs, how to nurture VC relationships, sales playbooks, and GTM strategy among others. GP Relationships: The Companyon team has also built a substantial network of relationships with investors, key industry executives, and venture partners that are tied into the early-stage B2B SaaS ecosystem.

We are using Angel List as a sidecar SPV vehicle for our LPs and value-added co-investors on a deal-by-deal basis where we have additional allocation available beyond what the Fund is able to invest.
