Chisos Capital is a day one investor. We use Convertible Income Share Agreement (CISA) terms to invest at the earliest stages of business formation.

6-12 months after the initial Chisos Capital investment, many portfolio companies go out to raise a pre-seed or seed round of capital.

This syndicate will participate in those deals that are able to secure a lead investor .

Our deals come from the existing Chisos Capital portfolio, which gives us excellent insight into the progress of the company and strength of the founder.

The main Chisos Capital fund only invests using the CISA terms and is unable to participate in equity only follow on rounds. This syndicate will participate in the equity only follow on rounds that are led by an outside, 3rd party investor.
