We are a group of mid-Atlantic investors that invests with a focus on "early exits" and we invest for a lot of winners, rather than investing for the occasional "home run". Our motto is "3X - 5X return in 3 - 5 years". We focus most of our attention on investing in Cyber, B2B SAAS, Web 2.0, and disruptive technologies in material, chemical and biological sciences. As a group of 20+ seasoned former CEO's and operators, we target our investments to companies run by great entrepreneurial teams, with innovative and disruptive value propositions. We are also active and engaged investors, adding significant value to the companies in which we invest. From 2010 - 2015 we've had 5 exits with a gross IRR of 44%. Every year we screen more than 300 possible investments to find the 4 - 6 new deals in which we will put our own money. We will also syndicate follow-on rounds in existing portfolio companies.

We plan to syndicate those deals which we believe will appeal to a broad cross-section of investors and in which their is "funding room" available to support the expected interest of our investors.
