Our deal flow comes from the source: national labs, NSF and DARPA programs, Y Combinator Demo Days, tier-one accelerators, and founder referrals, with ~100 companies reviewed each month.

The team is built for deep tech: three general partners — Alexandra Vidyuk (physicist, ex-banker, and fintech entrepreneur), Dr. Oleg Demidov (2x exited founder with a PhD), and Alex Smolik (serial AI & tech entrepreneur) — alongside Investment Partner Viktor Shpakovsky (100+ investments, 5 exits) and Managing Director Dr. Patrick Beatty (2 PhDs; NASA, DoD, and XPRIZE experience).

We source across the entire innovation lifecycle — reviewing ~100 companies per month and selecting only the strongest for diligence. Our pipeline is built on four pillars:
