We’re a collective of founders and operators – mostly from Australia and New Zealand – who have made this leap. We were not from here. We started companies or careers somewhere else then broke in.

We’ve spent years building networks, making mistakes, and learning how to break though. We’ve raised funding, built products and organizations, learned to spell with z instead of s. Our companies have been acquired, grown to profitability, or are still scaling.

Our mission is to help great outsiders break into the US.

We do this by investing as a syndicate, then rolling up our sleeves to help.

We source deals through our shared networks of other founders, incubators (eg Startmate, YC), and investors across Australia and New Zealand who want to give their companies the best chance of breaking into the US.
