We have extensive experience in tech companies both in the Valley and worldwide.
- Anna Cho studied Political Science at Stanford and started her career as a Tech Investment Banker in SF before moving to buyside as a Private Equity Analyst at Macquarie and Investment Professional at Morgan Stanley. She founded a private investment management fund with a sector-agnostic, opportunistic strategy in marketable securities. As an entrepreneur, she held various tech operational roles, especially product, engineering, and sales. Anna started out in frontier tech (AR, AI, CV, Blockchain, etc) but evaluates opportunities from all sectors with strong founders. She is an Ironman (half and full distances), a human rights and animal rights activist, and was born in South America.
- Ali Jamal studied Economics and Statistics at Stanford and started his career in Tech M&A before getting hands on operating experience as a Data Scientist. Ali spent the last 10 years in various Product and Growth roles at companies like Zynga, RockYou, Agoda, Rappi, and most recently at PayClip (one of LatAm's fastest growing FinTech companies). Ali has extensive experience in consumer facing tech companies.
We primarily invest in Pre-seed to Series A stage companies that have experienced entrepreneurs who are pursuing large ideas. Having lived and worked in several emerging markets has provided us with an opportunity to get access to unique deal flow globally. Ali's Growth and Product background and Anna's Product, Finance, Sales and Engineering experience as well as her extensive network of top experts from a variety of industries and functions allows us to help founders take their companies to the next level. We are industry agnostic and very founder / CEO focused in our evaluation of opportunities.
The companies I syndicate will be led by founders I want to be stuck in an apocalypse with to survive, and will do everything in my power to support.
