I only invest in deals where I have strong first hand knowledge of the industry. This means I really only invest in software startups and specifically in startups that have one or more of the following characteristics: mobile, web, payments, point of sale, retail, advertising, gaming, retargeting.

I will syndicate all of my deals as I don't think it would be a fair reward to my syndicates to cherry pick my deals.
