Altra Venture Partners (fka HF Scale Partners) invests in the next generation of tech giants in the private markets. We specialize in providing liquidity to early stakeholders through secondary transactions and LP buyouts, and are minority investors in growth equity rounds. We evaluate, source, and invest in deals that are difficult to access. Altra spun out of the well-known, early-stage VC fund Hustle Fund. We leverage our network and experience to get direct access to compelling investment opportunities. We expect to make 5-10 targeted investments per year from our pre-IPO Opportunity Fund and will selectively share co-investments with our LP network. We typically invest $1-5M+.

We occasionally share investments with this AngelList syndicate, however, most of our SPVs are allocated privately first to our Fund LPs and investor network.
