Altra Venture Partners is a New York-based alternative asset manager investing in the next generation of tech giants in the private markets. We specialize in providing liquidity to early stakeholders through secondary transactions and LP buyouts, and are minority investors in growth equity rounds. We expect to make 5-10 targeted investments per year from our late-stage Opportunity Funds and will selectively share co-investments with our LP network. We typically invest $5-25M+.

We occasionally share investments with this AngelList syndicate, however, most of our co-investments are allocated privately first to our Fund LPs and investor network.
