We source, execute, invest our own capital and oversee $1mm - $10mm equity investments in growing, cash generative businesses. We target industrial / services businesses, with much of our deal flow coming from Canada, as 2 principals are located there. We only invest in businesses where tenured management are seeking a liquidity event, and remain with the business post-deal. We use a combination of non-recourse, fixed rate bank debt as well as seller notes to finance the deals.
