Africa3 is a pan African angel syndicate focused on backing exceptional preseed and seed builders creating at the forefront of web3 and AI to accelerate Africa’s economic growth. Our goal is to create a streamlined and efficient investment process that benefits both startups and investors.

Our target investors/members for the angel syndicate include experienced angel investors, institutional investors, venture capitalists, high net worth individuals, and builders. We reach out to these potential members through various channels, including events, targeted digital marketing, and referral programs.

Diligence

We evaluate companies that have been suggested or submitted through our online portal. Selected deals are shared to syndicate members for research and feedback. Startups that spark the syndicate's interest are voted on before the Investment Decision. Selected finalists move forward and legal papers are signed, and funds are provided.

We collaborate with diverse ecosystem stakeholders, such as accelerators, incubators, and other Africa-focused digital investment organizations. We also leverage our syndicate members' networks to uncover prospective businesses in need of investment. In addition, we have an online deal flow gateway for incoming deals
